Get Fit with VFAC with STRONG by Zumba.  Grab your water and a towel/mat for floor exercises (no weights required) and get ready for some Fitness & Fun! Register HERE

STRONG By Zumba is considered a Hight-Intensity Training that alternates between short periods of intense exercises with less intense recovery periods. You will perform a combination of movements such as knee lifts, lunges, and squats led by music.
